Normand specializes in online marketing strategy, sales leads generation and sales process transformation to drive conversion at the dealership.

Normand started in the Automotive space in 2007 acting as Vice-President Strategy and Dealer Solutions with Trader Corporation until 2013. Main focus was to transform the company from a Print Classified Media to a Digital Solutions for Canadian Dealers. While at Trader, Normand was appointed as a Board Member of Dealer.com between 2009 and 2011 and was also responsible to launch and support vAuto in Canada.

Prior to Trader, Normand was Director of Business Development for Yellow Pages Group between 2004 and 2007 and Chief Technology Officer at Cognicase between 1992 and 2003.

Normand holds a bachelor degree in Computer Science as well as an Executive MBA from York University.
